Started With One Stubborn Monstera
Back in early 2017, I was hauling a massive monstera up four flights of stairs for a law firm in central Baku. The elevator was broken. Again. Halfway up, I realized this was either the worst career decision or the start of something that made sense.
That monstera is still there, by the way. It's now taller than most of the junior associates and has survived two office renovations. The managing partner sends me photos every few months.
Since then, we've grown into a small team that handles everything from simple desk plants to full biophilic office transformations. The approach hasn't changed much — we still care more about whether something will actually thrive in your space than whether it photographs well.
